Service Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that no work has started on your application or case.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet started (e.g., no consultation, documentation, or processing has been initiated).

  • Cancellation is requested within 30 days of payment.

  • No government fees or third-party costs have been incurred on your behalf.

If a portion of the service has already been provided, only a partial refund may be granted based on the work completed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The service has already been fully or substantially completed.

  • Government fees, embassy charges, or third-party payments have been made.

  • The client fails to provide required documentation or respond in a timely manner, causing delays or cancellation.

  • Change of mind after work has begun.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will not incur any additional fees for the refund.
